Takcere officially established in 1991 in Hong Kong (formerly known as Takcere (HK) Trading Co. in 1986). We were then a provider specialising in PVC information cards. In late 1991 the company invested in Shenzhen, Einolda Smart Card Mfg. Ltd was established in 1995.
Today, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Takcere ranks as one of the top card manufacturers locally and globally. We provide professional and comprehensive solutions with Smart Cards, Self-Service Terminals and System Integration.

Our facilities are qualified and certified by Visa Card®, MasterCard® and China UnionPay Card®. In order to provide the best, our factory practices with ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems Certification.

Our subsidiary Einolda will allocate its brand new Headquarter at Pingshan District, Shenzhen. The total construction area of the headquarter is 592,015 sq ft. consists with Commercial Offices, Parking Lots, Plaza and Green trails.
Our subsidiary will reallocate in JiangXi Province, Ganzhou. The total area of the new factory is about 861,112 sq ft. accommodates with Smart Production Facilities and Labs, Office Buildings, Research & Development Department and Staffs' Accommodation.

The first phase of 269,100 sq ft. is already in use.
Takcere was proudly nominated in the scheme of Caring Company in 2019-2020 by HKCSS.
Subsidiary Ganzhou Einolda Financial Information Co., Ltd. was established.
Subsidiaries Shenzhen Einolda Intelligent Terminal Technology Co. Ltd. and Ganzhou Einolda Electronic Information Technology Co. Ltd. were established.
Subsidiary Einolda has added to the China National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). Stock no. 834713
Subsidiary Einolda acquired 60% equity of Beijing Dating Smartcard Technology Co. Ltd.

Subsidiary Einolda attained the award of Smart Card Top Supplier in Exhibition of China Smart Card & RFID World 2007.
Subsidiary Einolda produced Handheld POS Terminals were qualified as CJ/T166-2002 Industrial Standard.
Subsidiary Einolda was moved to Baoan District, Shenzhen. The office area was expanded from 21,528 sq ft to 107,640 sq ft. Employed approximate 500 staffs.
Subsidiary Shenzhen Smartable Smart Card Technology Co. Ltd. was established.
Subsidiary Einolda became Authorized Class A Specialized Manufacturer of MIFARE IC cards by NXP Philips.
Subsidiary Beijing Jun-Einolda Smart Technology Co. Ltd. was established.
We acquired one of the largest Motorola Beijing factory of smartcard and produced mass amount of SIM Cards.
Einolda was certified by ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System.
Shenzhen Einolda Credit Card Manufacturing Ltd was renamed as Shenzhen Einolda Smart Card Manufacturing Ltd.
Einolda received RMB 60 million investment from Zongyi Group.
