More Than Just Tickets: A Day of Community and Family at the Takcere Charity Raffle

At Takcere, we believe our strength lies not just in the work we do, but in the positive impact we can make in the communities we call home. Recently, we had the wonderful opportunity to put this belief into action, transforming a simple fundraiser into a powerful day of learning and connection.

On a bright Saturday, the bustling streets of Tsuen Wan became the backdrop for a special initiative in support of the Yan Chai Charity. But this wasn't just any fundraiser—this was a true Takcere family effort.

We are thrilled to announce that thanks to the incredible dedication of our team, we successfully sold approximately 250 Yan Chai Charity Raffle tickets! This outstanding result will go a long way in supporting Yan Chai's vital community services and charitable programs.

A Team Effort, A Family Affair

What made this event truly special was the people behind it. The drive was powered by 19 enthusiastic participants, all of whom were Takcere employees and their families. We didn't just ask our colleagues to volunteer; we invited them to bring along their loved ones, creating a vibrant, intergenerational team.

Seeing our team members side-by-side with their children, spouses, and parents was a heartwarming reminder of the extended family we have here at Takcere.

The Real Win: Lessons in Giving Back

Beyond the impressive tally of tickets sold, the most rewarding part of the day was the chance to lead by example for our youngest participants. We brought along our kids, and in doing so, we had the privilege of showing the next generation what it means to give back to the community.

They saw firsthand the power of a smile, the importance of a polite ask, and the collective joy that comes from working together for a good cause. It was a living lesson in empathy, generosity, and civic duty—values we hold dear at Takcere.
